Many of these posts appeared on Open Salon under the name of Snarkychaser. Snarkychaser originated as a joke for my elusive muse, Snarky,my pet name for a real person. As a corporate lawyer, Snarky is not one for the physical thrills that threaten mortality or even love. Snarky is much more comfortable in his head and with words. His phobias forced me to put my experiences in writing. Having always been a face to face person, I accepted the extreme challenge to present myself in words. However, I was unable to woo him even with my Scheherazade stories It is grasping for the unobtainable that causes anguish, and in the anguish and negative space, creativity can flourish.
